This is a GREAT resort and the ONLY timeshare INSIDE Banff National Park. When you are going to Banff, this is the ONLY timeshare you will want to stay.
This is a FLOATING week every ODD year, one of the few floating weeks at this resort.
I also own week 12 Annually.
This is a 2BR/2BA unit with kitchen, fireplace, deck, and all the amenities of a great resort (Pool, health club, grocery store, laundry, restaurants, free town shuttle and INCREDIBLE views.)
This resort is going through a major renovation right now that will make it even nicer, the first units were finished in July, 2006. And the best part, is there is no assessment for this week.

This resort is going through major renovations including
New kitchen cupboards, sinks, taps, wallpaper, carpet, light fixtures, beds, sofas, curtains and bedspreads. Ovens are being added to the kitchens and the fireplaces are being re-tiled. The main bathroom will have a new tub, tile surround, vanity, mirror, faucets and toilet. The ½ bathroom in the Two Bedroom Suite will have a new glass shower installed with tile surround, vanity, mirror, faucet and toilet.
