A304 is during fixed week 13 and it is an open loft unit that will sleep six.  The main level has the living and dining area, a full kitchen and a full bath. There is a gas log fireplace.  The living room has a queen size sofa bed.  The open loft upstairs has a queen size bed and two twin beds.  The twin beds are under the slope of the roof, and while there is a closet between the two bed areas, there is no complete privacy up there.  All furniture is less than two years old.  The buildings are not new, but the condos are well kept and the location is fabulous.

Unit B3 is a basement unit in Building B.  You enter from a hallway, into the bedroom that has a queen size bed.  The kitchen and living area are in the back of the unit, but along creekside and at ground level.  This unit has a deck outside the sliding glass door, so very nice in that respect.  It does not have a fireplace and it does not have a dishwasher.  Kitchen does have a stove, microwave and refrigerator.  There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room.
